Drinking Water

As we need water of drinking quality we have to think about where it is coming from. It is possible to collect rainwater, of which there is plenty in Scotland, and run it through a UV filter to sterilize it. Sounds like a good system to me, seems to make sense and not too expensive. Here is a picture of how the system could work.
